Gallery Owner Robert Lewis and "The Passionate Landscape"
Lewis' original oil paintings are filled with dramatic light and rich color. Much of his work is painted on location around California and the nation. His larger studio paintings are often based on his plein air work.
A full catalog of Lewis' work can be found online at www.robertlewisart.com. When not painting en plein air, Lewis divides his time between a painting studio in Pacific Grove and another in San Jose, California.
Robert Lewis is represented by Gallery Elite in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, Christopher Morgan Galleries in Palm Desert, California, and South Street Art Gallery in Easton, Maryland
